Same thing happened with my 2017 when it had less than 2000 miles. Had to have the entire push button replaced. This is a known issue with the Renegades but the dealership act like they know nothing about it. Don't let them tell you it's a software issue because it's not. Just request they replace the push button!!Passive entry system warning. 3,800 miles 5 months in use, entered the car went to start and no response. After market remote start dealer came down and removed their equipment, still warning system and no start. Marina Dodge/Jeep towed the car and have no fix available. Factory says their working on a program update, we are into the third week without the Renegade. Any Thoughts on a fix.
