banging noise from b-pillar

I have a 2016 Lattitude that is having an issue with the seat belt connectors located within the b pillar on the drivers side. Whenever you travel at low speeds on any type of road that gives even slight side to side motion, the pendulum inside,(or whatever is in there), bangs up against the trim. Passenger side doesn't make a sound, just the drivers side. I had it looked at once before and the dealership replaced the exterior hook that hangs on the b-pillar.This did nothing. I'm going to call tomorrow to give them another shot at fixing this before I try another dealership. Has anyone out there had this issue and did anyone have a solution? This seems like a small issue, but it's extremely annoying and speaks sort of bad to the Quality control coming out of Italy. Thanks, Craypaw.

What does PM your page mean. I assume it means to post message but I wasn't sure. I didn't know if I should post my VIN on a public forum.

Was this ever solved? I know it has been a year and a half...
