Hi,
Anyone else has had problems with the following issues:
-their engine being replaced (after owning it for 5 months)
-problems with the vehicle saying that the key fob has left the vehicle while driving
-emergency brake engaging on its own then doesn't disengage
-your car reversing up to 10 mph on its own without pushing the gas pedal?

Please give me some advice.. I currently have a replacement offer from Chrysler through ISG, but is that my only option?

Please Help!

Take the offer, if it gives you the same or better vehicle you have now, you bought a New Vehicle, and it is a "Lemon" and you are protected under the "Lemon" Law. If you keep this one you'll never have peace of mind with it.

Definitely take the offer. The only part of this that's normal is the reversing speed without using the gas pedal....but only when you first turn it on and it's warming up. The reason that happens is because the car idles slightly higher to warm up.
