So I live in South Dakota where it can get really cold, I purchased the jeep for the 4 wheel drive to get me through the snow. If the temperature drops to the single digits and below 0 it does not like to start you have to really crank on it and it will barely turn over. The newest fun problem I had is it was -15 one morning and the 4 wheel drive would not turn on, as soon as the temp went above 0 no problem.

Hi Tlc93,

Sorry to hear about this! If you decide to visit your local dealership I'd be happy to follow up with them for you if needed. Just PM our page with your VIN and let me know.

My dealership wouldn't replace the battery with a bigger one so I replaced it myself and what do you know it now starts in the cold. It really needs a battery that isn't made for a riding lawn mower.
