How much difference did they make, I'm considering changing all my bulbs to LED.
LED Headlights
One of the first things I discovered was the headlights (specially the high beams) were lousy at night. I first tried replacing the standard bulbs with Sylvania Silverstar Ultra's. They were better than the stock ones, but I needed brighter high beams at night to watch out for deer. I then bought a set of LED bulbs from my local performance shop...StreetGlow XHP LED Headlights. They are a plug and play bulb that put out 6000 Lumens (brightness) and a color temp of 6500K. They cost me around $175 for the pair....a little pricey, but they will last a long time. A standard bulb has a 800 to 1000 hr life where the LED's are rated at 100,000 hrs. What A Difference!

The difference is night and day. Just be ready to be "bright-lighted" a lot; even with the lights on low! The nature of the reflector housings our jeeps scatter the light pattern- good for the drivers, but bad for on coming traffic. I had to change mine back to the halogen bulbs for the winter as the LED bulbs don't get hot enough to keep the snow and ice melted off of the lenses. Hope this helps a little.
