Hello everyone,
I have 2 questions/concerns.
1. Why do I have a 2013 battery under the hood of my 2017 Renegade and now I'm having to replace it?
2. What is the meaning of the dashboard symbol that is a car with a padlock?

Any help with these questions would be great!

I contacted Jeep and they are reimbursing me for the battery replacement. I wasn't expecting that but I am very appreciative

The battery "should be" covered.
Can you post a pic of the padlock symbol?
