Is it just me or do other owners notice really tiny rust spots all over the vehicle? I mean they are really small about half the size of the head of a pin...........BUT THEY ARE THERE! what a lousy paint job.

Sounds like what they call rail dust ( iron oxide particles from trains also the sand on roads in the winter), you get them here in winter from the roads. Clay bar them or a good cleaner wax.

Thanks for the heads up and the info, I have lived in the same area for a long time and never had this on any of my other vehicles but what you say makes sense. I pass under elevated trains all the time.
No problem, I had a Saab 9000 back in the 80's ( white) and being the first white car I had had after the first winter I noticed it and found out what it was, I thought the same poor paint when I found it. All get it but it shows up on light colors more.
Try using Iron-X. It is a good product and will not damage the paint.
