This is the message I get when I try to turn on my 2018 jeep renegade "service passive entry vehicle will not shut off or restart". I've tried disconnecting the negative terminal from the battery for 15 minutes. It unfortunately didn't help. I also changed the battery in my key fob. When I try to start it, it makes a clicking nose and my dash keeps flashing and shows that error message.

Did you get the Service Passive Entry system error before this one happened? We’re you able to get this resolved?
