The renegades are just showing up here in Southern NE dealers, so probably not many owners yet? Meantime, youtube has lotsa tests/reviews, most seem good.:)

What is a TH, unless your wife got the new Trailhawk ?

Yes my wife has the '15 Trailhawk...we wanted a Limited but couldn't find one with Active II drive (low range and a 1" lift) so we traded he beloved '10 Liberty Limited for the Trailhawk. It's surprisingly good off road, don't have to bring the JKU Wrangler with us to tow it out now that we know how it goes! Wanted a Limited Cherokee with Active Drive II (low range and a 1" lift) none around here and didn't feel like ordering so I wanted the TH anyway, job done! The aggressive tires on the TH a bit noisy but other than that it's great. Maybe not as great as the JKU Sahara but pretty neat. It's MPG is pretty good so far and not broken in so looks like that is what we wanted, the Liberty was terrible MPG wise...14 average!!

"It's a Jeep Thing"...always happy, always broke ($$)!!!!

I think my last post I misunderstood? My wife's Trailhawk is a new Cherokee Trailhawk. Lots of new Renegades at dealers around here, have not taken the time to try one yet, maybe this weekend? The big option missing on the ones around here is the open tops, not sure why seems like an option you'd want on this little puddle jumper???
 Thanx, quite a difference to-between the Trailhawks-

I was hoping you were gonna give your impressions about the Renegade Trailhawk--

Hey! Bought a Renegade Trailhawk. Had to wait two weeks while they tried to solve a VIN # problem where the ninth digit was a zero and should have been a letter. Worked it out, took delivery and got a message it had to be picked up to clarify the # issue with the State to verify the vehicle inspection. All that aside we have only put 183 miles on it. So far a fantastic little SUV. Great highway ride, great local ride. Love it. Only comes with a short Owner book. Covers everything not just the Trailhawk. Has a disk to view. On the back is a phone # to get a complete printed Owner's Manual. Get it. Takes a lot of patience to figure out all the electronic gadgets. The big book should help. Disregard all the negatives you see on line. This is a fun vehicle. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
I've had a Renegade TH for almost a year. It's a surprisingly capable 4x4, I take it on old logging trails and gravel pits. It's only limit is ground clearance and the driver. A little tip do not let off the throttle going up hill and you'll climb almost anything. It fits my families needs for the most part and it's a blast to drive. Hatch space is limited but I bought a roof rack so it's no issue now. It handles good enough, gas mileage is a little under average for it's class but it's also the most capable off-road in its class. It feels like a truck when your driving it which I like minus the power and height. Over all very happy with it, no problems so far. My wife hit a deer going 55 mph or 90 km and barely left a scratch can say as much for the buck. It has big thick bars that run horizontally on either side of the engine block so it's basically a battering ram with 4 wheel drive.

I have had mine since June of 2016 and I love my Renegade. I traded in a 2015 Subaru WRX for mine and I have no regrets(other than when passing other cars)! I put a set of "Nokian Nordman 5 SUV" winter tires on her just before the snow started.....this thing is a tank in the snow! I came home from work last week and the main road had at least 12-15" of snow on it and the Renny handled it like a champ!
